Peter McLachlan, a former engineer with the New York-New Haven railroad (that ran between Danbury, CT and Pittsfield) will be talking about his time working on that line at the the GB Historical Society’s program on Wednesday, April 13th at 7 pm at the Claire Teague Senior Center.  He’ll share memories of the local people that he knew, as well as some interesting mishaps . . . including stubborn cows at the Silver Street crossing! The Senior Center is at 917 South Main Street in Great Barrington. A $5 donation will be gratefully accepted. See you there!
