First, the GB Historical Society thanks all of you who visited our Old Fashioned Christmas exhibit. The greatest reward for us at the Society is to see your appreciation for the exhibit and the holiday spirit it generates. The number of visitors this year increased over last year, especially after the exhibit was featured on Spectrum 1 News.

Already plans are in the works for next year’s exhibit, which includes increasing the display area to include the newly finished Wagon House interior. So if you are downsizing, please consider donating your unwanted decorations to the GBHS.

In order to take down and store our holiday exhibit (and create our next one), winter hours for the Museum will be:
Sundays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am to 2:00 pm. Please call first during the week to make sure that Bob Krol, our amazing executive director, is there.

Once again, we at the GBHS thank you all for your support . . . and please respond to our annual membership drive if you haven’t done so already. It means so much to us!
