This is an important business meeting for the GB Historical Society as we examine our past year and explore plans for both the coming year and the future. It’s important for all our membership, as well as the rest of the GB community, to understand the Society’s financial position, and to offer new and creative plans and guidance for sustained growth.
The Annual Meeting will be held in the newly-renovated Museum Wagon House at 7 pm on Tuesday, April 26th. Solutions to challenges and innovative directions for the future can happen when we all get together to share our views. Please be an active part of our future! Plus . . . another invitation. We’d like you to join the GBHS Board of Directors. We need three new members on our Board. The criteria are simply (1) an interest in history and (2) a desire to promote the important history of this community. Whether you’re a new resident or business owner, or have been here for years, we welcome your input and vision. Positive results occur when people with different life experience join together.
