Spring Newsletter 2026

January 10th was a big day for the Society as the Great Barrington

reenactment of the General Knox “Noble Train of Artillery” began at

the museum and continued to parade to town hall. Many of the

reenactors started gathering at the museum at 11:00 following their

participation in a morning celebration in Alford. We served as the

staging area for their march, as well as a welcome rest stop for

refreshments and rehearsals. A good crowd was on hand to witness
