It’s back! An Old-Fashioned Christmas Grand Opening on Friday, Nov. 25th

with No Comments

To the GB Historical Society, Black Friday is “Pie Friday” at the Grand Opening of the 5th annual Christmas display on Friday, November 25th from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Mr. and Mrs. Christmas trees!

What better refreshment to serve but a nice old fashioned piece of pie? Mark it on your calendar and come join the fun as we celebrate. Trace the history of Christmas traditions, shop in our gift area, and enjoy a piece of holiday pie.

The display is bigger than ever and includes our Christmas Tree Gallery. In the Wagon House, we have our display “My Favorite Things.”

We still have some wall space and floor space for three more exhibits from you and/or your business. It’s all free – we’ll even help create the display. Also, if you are a pie maker, we could use your talent! We have mince and pumpkin but are looking for different varieties. We hope some of you will make and share your “famous recipe” holiday pie.

The Museum is open Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 8 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. To reserve your space, get more details, or like us to create the display, please call Bob Krol at 413-591-8702 or visit the Museum Tuesday or Thursday mornings between 8 am and 12 noon, or Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm.
